Your Role
- Own Campaign Strategy & Execution: Take full ownership of Google & Meta Ads campaign strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting for multiple clients.
- Direct Client Interaction: Work directly with clients – handling calls, sharing performance insights, and building strong relationships that drive results.
- Hands-On Creative Testing: Be actively involved in creative testing and ad copy development – you’ll help craft what goes live and drives performance.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the wider team on email campaigns, landing pages, and automation to amplify results across all channels.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and metrics to make smart, strategic decisions – not to get lost in spreadsheets, but to drive real business outcomes.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Minimum 3 Years PPC Experience: Agency-side experience working with multiple clients is essential – you need to hit the ground running across Meta and Google.
- Google Ads Mastery: Demonstrable excellence in Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager – confident enough to show real-world work and discuss performance data.
- Proactive & Results-Driven: You’re not waiting for instructions, you’re driving performance and taking initiative to get results.
- Direct Communication Style: Not timid – you’ll speak up if something’s wrong and keep pushing for the best possible outcome.
- Growth Motivated: Motivated by growth – your own, your clients’, and Codebreak’s continued expansion.
