What is their problem you’re solving? What do they need? What social media platforms do they use? When do they tend to be online? The better you know them, the better you can sell to them.

What do you want your marketing to achieve?

What is your marketing goal? What do you want your marketing to do for you? Is it volume of enquiries? A higher standard of enquiries? To free you up to be able to have more time working from home or with your family? It’s important you know what you want from your marketing, that way you can put together the ideal strategy. 

Are you playing to your strengths? What are your USPs? Do your customers know what they are and how they are of benefit to them?

Each step of your marketing needs a purpose. Always inform, educate, or entertain and have the benefit to your target audience.

 

Good marketing takes time

Finally, give your strategy enough time to produce. Whilst there are quick-fire ways to boost your marketing, the best and most effective way is to implement a killer strategy and produce consistent, engaging content over time.

If marketing was a quick-fix, everyone would be doing it. To do marketing well, and make it work for your business, work on your strategy, and give it time to build. Build your brand awareness. Build your audience. Build your engagement. Build your business.
