What’s going on? Another day of wonder and opportunity, that’s what!

I see this a lot about Mondays especially. Which is a sure sign someone’s work/life harmony ain’t where it needs to be.
Here’s a stat that will gee you up; if you have a roof over you head, food on the table and some money in the bank… you’re better off than 92% of the world.
Food for thought, literally.
Now, we all have sh*t days. Me, Joel, everyone. But, if you can’t get into the zone during working hours, you won’t be moving towards your goal efficiently.
You’d be better off staying away from the office, getting some fresh air and listening to motivational podcasts such as Stay Hungry…!
Which is why prevention is better than cure.
I work more on my mindset when I’m feeling great.
Just like I spend more on my marketing when business is great.
A tonne of business owners struggle because they only invest in themselves and their business when the brown stuff hits the fan. They have to start their engine from cold rather than keeping it ticking over. Which will also cost them more in the long run, financially and emotionally.
You see, when it comes to feeling meh, it’s about where you’ve been focusing your attention. Where your attention goes, your energy flows.
If you’ve been giving attention to the wrong things, no wonder your battery’s flat. Maybe it’s boozing too much, spending too much time obsessing over competitors on Instagram and so on.
There’s also a danger that this behaviour becomes habitual, so you just go round and round and round… rather than forward.
