Why Not Having a Marketing Strategy is Painful

Hello, and welcome to another day of wonder and opportunity, and another vid about getting more customers for hungry business owners through digital marketing. 
My marathon training has started! I’ve been accepted into the 2023 London Marathon for Pancreatic Cancer UK.
I’ve done 5Ks, 10Ks and a few half marathons but never a full one.
So I’ve got a training plan…

A starting point, an end point, and the tactics to get me there. 

It’s amazing how many business owners I speak to don’t have a plan. They go around in circles because they don’t know where they’re heading.

They may reach the promised land at some point but it will take them longer and be more expensive.

What’s your B? 

Is it number of clients, number of tickets sold, number of events held, etc. and what does that equate to in revenue?
